Horrible customer service and delivery.

This is my second bad review for Rain as I still have not received my sim card that I purchased on the 28th of May. On the 22nd of June I wrote a review and received a response from a Fattima asking for my email and saying she will contacted back. . I provided my email and yet still no feedback from Fattima or any consultant from Rain. All that I am asking for is my R479 back cause I do not want to use their service since it's a disappointment and it's been close to two months since I have been waiting for my purchase.

I would not recommend anyone to use the provider because they have bad customer service and I have seen a lot of complaints from other customers.
