Horrible customer service.
I am so livid 😡 with rain.co.za, their services is so disappointing to say the least, no customer service whatsoever to actually think how i was so looking forward to their services👎👎👎

23 Dec 2021, 14:19I took out the 5g router and sim deal on the 6th, and when it was delivered it had no connection i called and sent an email regarding that and was promised a new router and sim by mac shingane a supposed supervisor that was on the 15, when i called to do a follow-up on my query and they had no information on their system about the issue. I do not need the deal anymore i told another supervisor, to log a refund and for them to collect the router.
