Horrible customer service

I am absolutely disgusted with Rain internet's service. I have called through eight times in the space of three hours and i have received no feedback on my sim card being RICA'd. I have been told that i need to allow a 24 hour waiting period which has been exceeded, None of the staff members in the service department even attempted to give me a call back with some feedback.

I have also called in around two weeks ago when i had some router problems and to date, i have not received a call back.

The RICA department is extremely unprofessional and they do not even have a direct line.

Rain do not value their customers.

When it comes to them debiting your account, it happens very promptly however, when it comes time to assist with queries, they do not help at all.
