HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Rain network is great, however the client/ customer service side is ALWAYS such a disappointment!!! A double debit went off on my account this month and I made a query. Call centre agent claims I have been refunded, although I wasn’t. When I ask for a refund ref, she tells me she doesn’t have access to that, nor can she transfer me or get in touch with the billing department. This is an issue from their end, yet I must be inconvenienced! No one ever seems to know how to resolve issue a or have communication with other departments within the company. It’s truly frustrating!
