Horrible Customer Service

Trying to sort out our poor connection. The Customer Service is just horrible. I have been on the line for more than 30min because the lady said- let me quickly have a look what's wrong. No checking in, to say we are still looking. I wonder if she even has a clue about servers and the connections. This is really terrible. Also it does not really help to put a review here on Hellopeter. As the response to the revies is the same... We are on it. I wonder how many people were actually assisted afterwards....
