Horrible customer service

They have the worst customer service. My router has not been reading my sim card for days now. When I called the support team it is never answered which is a waste of airtime. Funny how when I called the sales team my call was answered within 5 seconds. They want money but can’t keep the people paying happy. I am extremely disappointed with the service they provide and would not recommend them as a service provider. Sad because now I have to fork out more money on data just to get my work done on top of the R699 that I pay them
