Horrible customer experience ***4
They really don't care about your experience. No accountability at all. I logged 6 follow up cases as I was told that the first 4 were closed without being resolved. Their 3-4 turn around time after purchasing a loop device, is just a story. Instead they blame the courier company for the delay.3-4 working days turned to 2 full weeks.
