Horrible Coverage and Service

I've been using the rain South Africa Unlimited option for the past 3 months and have enjoyed every single minute, until 2 days ago when I moved to Rembrandt Park. There's no coverage here, when I speak to their consultants (Who, coming from an ORM and CRM Manager (#myself), all need a course on reputation management and good service principles) they told me "You should have checked our site before deciding where to move to." I'm so ****ed!!!! Apparently their coverage ends where my street begins, which means should I need use the SERVICE and I *PAY* for, I must live on the streets. What sort of ****ery is that? As we speak I'm a different provider which has seamless connectivity while still paying for horrible service by this @rain South Africa
