Horrible connectivity and pricing

Paying for the full 5G package, which was around 900 in the beginning, problems from the get go. I brushed it off, as I don't have time dealing with stuff where they just tell me the same thing over and over. Few months later they increase the price for even worse internet connectivity, paying 1000 rand for 40mbps download and then 3mbps upload is crazy. And when I called them the last time, I asked if they could reroute my router due to congestion and they said they can't do it, even though they have done that in the past. I work primarily and game on this internet. Loading Google tabs takes years and dont even get me started on the gaming experience. Ping spikes, jitter and packet loss.
