Horrible Connectivity and Customer Service

The internet on Rain has been down since Tuesday night and calling the call centre is is an absolute waste of time as they do not even properly explain the issue and there do not even provide any useful information. After 2 years of using this service, I have just given up now and I'm just cancelling my subscription to the service!!!
