Horrible connection in the evenings
Why am I paying for unlimited wifi but can't connect to the internet in the evenings??? This has been an ongoing problem lately and this is my 2nd time complaining about it. All I get is a generic response saying they will look into it but no further communication or assistance. Thus is truly upsetting and frustrating
