Horrible Connection

Rain from June and it has been stressful ever since. It connects but I don't have internet connection. The most frustrating thing is as a home worker it affects my work, everytime I call support they just tell me to be understanding because it's a tower issue and they tell me to restart a million times. I pay for full service and yet I get half service if not quarter. When the weather is cold or if it's raining their WiFi doesn't work. This whole week it's been giving me problems. Worst service
