Horrible company. Would not recomend to anyone

I've just had issues with rain where I sat without internet for nearly 2 weeks. This morning my internet started acting up again and after calling to find out what was going on I am no longer abler to connect my phone to the wifi. I can also not reset the wifi password as it says the password is wrong, even though I used the exact same password to log into my other devices. The lady I spoke to asked me to change the device from tether mode to router mode and said thats all she can do. to be honnest I don't think she knew what she was talking about. The last time I had issues with rain no one called me back for almost 2 weeks and when I made the hello peter complaint the called me thet same evening and the technician was at my house the next day
