Horrible call center service and late delivery(maybe it's not coming)

I regret ever getting wifi from Rain. I have been sent up and down between Rain and their couriers CCD Couriers just to have my router delivered. The policy is 3-5 business days, they made an appointment to deliver on Day 4, then no response on the day until I had to call the couriers. Rain said I should wait until the end of Day 5 so that they can escalate the matter. I kept calling every day and keep getting promises that my router will be delivered but it is now Day 6 and every day I have to call both Rain and the couriers, getting empty promises for delivery that now I don't want the router anymore. Any other service would be cheaper cos I have spent more money calling them back and forth and buying data to compensate for every day that the delivery was delayed from the delivery date. Waste of my time, money and energy. Would not recommend Rain or CCD Couriers.
