Horrible and they won’t pay back my money they keep taking even after I’ve cancelled their service

I am very annoyed with rain I’ve been cancelling for the past 3 months and I am getting billed each month. I don’t know how many ticket numbers I’ve been issued and I’m always being told that my refund is being processed within 7 working days but nothing. I am very angry right now as I am paying for a service that I am not using.
