HORRIBLE AND ***********!!!!
I CANNOT BELIEVE RAIN TAKES A WHOLE MONTH TO FIX AN ISSUE WITH ID NUMBERS!!!! Terrible service does not even begin to describe what I have experienced thus far. All I want to do is cancel my account so that I can open it under my mom's ID, they keep promising me that it is in progress, its been 15 days now and everytime I call, they say there is nothing happening. All the while my mom has to sit without internet. I wish I rather went with a reputable company. Should have known better

My mom needs her internet, I cannot open her profile until this one is closed because the call centre said they cannot edit the ID and I live in PE, she lives in Gauteng. They said the only option is to close mine, do the refund and then open hers. Please get this sorted, I will happily change the review if I can just get some hope that the service will improve
