HORRIBLE
THE ABSOLUTELY WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! changed plan without my consent. billing me even though I don't use it .

12 Jan 2023, 15:46When I started using rain I was told that I will be billed as I use, which they did. They charged me as I used from the year 2022 - 2021 however 2022 they changed up on me. my phone fell in water making me not use my rain router. They still bill and deduct for the months October, November and December where as I have not used my rain device. It has been off for 3 months. I have 2 escalation numbers that have just been collecting dust. no one has called me or assisted me in any way. when I call I speak to consultants that read a script not listening or actually. *** and ***. I honestly thought Rain was a good service provider heck I even recommended it to so many people kanti no they are the complete opposite. I guess the saying too good to be true should be their motto. mxm such disappointment!!
