HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RAIN!!!! We have had such issues!!!! Connectivity is terrible.....SERVICE NON EXISTENT! I'm working from home and NEED connectivity- Ours lags, dips and goes off. I was told when i phoned that it's fine-We are connected to a strong tower. I told the lady i'm using it for VOIP(Calling system) and she said we have strong signal. My colleague spoke to someone else at Rain and was told YOU DON'T SUPPORT CALLING SYSTEMS!!!!!! I've E-mailed,posted on Facebook and in boxed you and NO REPLY!!!!!! Absolutely horrific. We are in the process of looking for a new ISP! WELL DONE RAIN!!!!
