Horrible

Horrible. I have a 60mb line which has been giving me under 10Mb download speed for the past month. I called Rains customer service line and after 3 different calls, my wifi is now inactive and doesn’t work. They have had to escalate it to technical however, it was at least working prior to me contacting them. They supposedly “support” you and assist with issues, but in my case, they made the issue worse and proceeded to tell ME to be patient after THEY messed it up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I do not recommend them AT ALL.
