Horrible!

I would not recommend this internet Telkom and Vodacom offer cheaper deals.

Rain's selling point is easy cancellation. What a joke been requesting cancellation since April of this year because I am nemployed and don't need internet. Their website and app haven't been giving me the option of self cancellation as mentioned to them! Now they try to deduct R1450 from me because they have failed to apply proper customer services and cancel the internet.

Rain is money hungry "Internet Sharks" I hope this service stops in SA not like people at Rain need their jobs because they don't seem to be doing it.
