I've been with Rain for quite some time and it's always been a bad experience but recently it got worse. Nevermind what time of the day or night (even past midnight) my speed tests using various tests never yields above 1Mbps and I'm connected to a tower 950m from my house. I've used wifi analysing apps to determine if there's channel interference or any other issues but still I have bad speed. The pings are very high and 100% packet loss most of the time. I've complained and complained and complained but it never gets resolved. Might I add that their customer service is nonexistent. Friends of mine who live in affluent areas seem to have no problem, reaching speeds of 20Mbps and more. I guess Rain only caters for those areas.
