I have a 200 Mb/s, 5G uncapped premium package with rain. The service from them is horrible, the download and upload speeds are shocking and **********. I pay for 200 mb/s but I receive 5 mb/s. After I lodged a complaint I receive a map showing that I should point the router to some street. When the request for this service was handled, guaranteed coverage from rain was the feedback. Now I have to point my router to some street. Nice Rain, yet another unsatisfied customer. You do not have my support.
