********** Service At All Times

I have been receiving a 4G connection and yet my plan is 5G and I kept quiet about it. Now in the middle of the night they decide to cut connection with no reason or warning and they are conveniently out of reach as it is late in the evening. I paid for this month's service already but they feel they can do whatever tickles their fancy with money! What the hell is going on at Rain??? Im supposed to be working but I can't!!!!!!!
