********** connection issues with Rain ISP

I'm truly disappointed and dissatisfied with Rain as an ISP I am paying but not reaping any benefits. The upload and download speeds are ********** as I'm wfh I need to be constantly online however I can barely be in meetings I can't even have 2 devices online at a time. In the area that I am in, I should be getting great connection and speeds from what they say on their website. My ticket number *** has been ignored when I contacted them they told me to drive to a different tower to get a better signal. I do not understand why I cannot be assisted in this regard, I have to go and troubleshoot for Rain.
