Horrble rain they lie just for a sale

You people are the worst I will never do business with you again ryan.padayachee told me I have 5g coverage truns our I don't unacceptable I want my refund come get your stuff back you people wasted my time I need my refund so I can get a actual service form telkom why say its available when it's not this is unacceptable and you guys can't even advise when it wil be available in my location this is one way to push a customer away by getting them to sign up but then not get what they paying for Ryan **** to me and your agents could not do anything to help me they are the worse how don't you guys know if or when I'd get coverage but stll sell the product to me all I did online was to send in my details to know when 5g would be available in my location then the same day this Ryan called and said I have 5g even to on your website it don't show it he convince me the map didn't update yet well it truns out I don't have coverage at all he **** just to get a sale your 4g has horrble speeds as I have had it before so thats why i wanted to try your 5g but will lie and make empty promises just to get a sale did really shock me please come collect the 5g router and give me my refund urgently I'm working from home and need to get alternative resource and also how can you not know when coverage would be available in my location yet you allowed the sale to go ahead this really is a bad company get better sales consultants
