Hopeless...

Hope for your sake you'll be happy with the service mine keep on legging and network is slow even done speed testing the highest download is 1.1 and download is 1.0 I even log in a request *** on 15th June 2021 still waiting for contact from them. I'm considering to cancel. Hopeless customer..
