Hopeless, devious Rain

Again, no response to my simple question why I can’t buy extra talk minutes on 1 SIM. Asked 3 times, no reply and they won’t accept an another ticket in 24 hours. From past experience, they will give response after posting on Hellopeter so this post will come down. They look a good deal, but no support at all unless you go to an office. Hopeless
