Hopefully optimistic

This is a difficult reveiw. At first I waited for almost two weeks to receive my rain. Eventually received and all went well. Even if the signal was great, I still ended up having to upgrade to max just to receive decent downloading and stream speed. However, the day of upgrading to max account, my Speed steadily declained from a steady 280mbs to a average of 180mbs without moving or touching the router. I luckily havent had any problems yet but it does go to show that they are definitely throtling it even though Im paying max amount for upgrade. Not very impressed but I have not had any issues. My point is that for the same money I can definitely get better speed from another company. Please look at this Rain. Hopefully optimisticly satisfied customer.
