Honestly if I could I would hive 0 star. One can't complain about customer service because there is none. If you log a query no one gets back to you. I have been struggling with my connection for months with no assistance but yet they still want to deduct the premium at the end of the month. I've waited almost 1.5 month for my rain one package to arrive. At the end of the day I canceled it. I am DISGUSTED WITH YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICE. I would not recommend them to anyone.
