Highway ******* from Rain network

Once again Rain frustrated me today. They disconnected their service and said I did not pay my subscription. I don't understand their incompetency because they are taking their money via debit order every month. They took me from pillar to post when i phoned them. IT says its accounts, accounts department says its IT problem. I really don't know what to do because i went through the same heart ache last month and it lasted for the whole week. I really don't know what else to do.Maybe I should look for another reliable service provider because clearly Rain does not treat consumers with fairness. I nearly lost my job last month because i could not connect to their service for the whole week while taking me from pillar to post and the painful part is my subscription is up to date. Even now i am up to date. They took their money yesterday .Same thing is repeating itself this month
