Highly irritated poor service
I'm so freaking irrated .
IV been with rain for over 5 years an up until today no consultant has made contact with me with my issue the app is so damn useless this is the second month my payment date is still not changed keeps on giving me something happened jack happened highly irritated poor service ,no communication, will never recommend them cancelling with rain cause they useless . Had enough!!!

15 Apr 2024, 08:33It's a constant thing I don't get paid longer on the 15th an it's a issue to change it to the 25,th if I could change it I would it doesn't allow Me I just made two payments in this month an still it hasn't changed so what is the way forward

15 Apr 2024, 08:40I went to check again still no change can be made a constant error even when payment was not due the date could not be changed I doubt that opt is working so what is the way forward now I need assistance asap

26 Apr 2024, 21:46Once again rain strikes I'm so over this bull**** **** with rain in so irrated rain is the worst an I am soon ending my contract with them I freaken paid R500 at 17.27 pm today at pep stores an my rain worked for a hour an now again off what bull **** is this I'm so irrated I need assistance asap it costing me money to go an buy data.
