Highly irritated.

Rain network has the poorest of customer service i have ever encountered. been using it from the beginning of the year with no problems, but as soon as you need to get feedback/help from them they simply do not get back to you. have been waiting on a sim replacement for the past two months without anyone getting back to me despite my constant emails (everyday of the week), just to be told an agent will respond within 48hours to which no one does. I am expected to make payment for a service that I am not using. And from the looks of it I am not the only customer experiencing poor client service.
