Highly irritated
Spend over 30 minutes, waiting for Mpho to advise on my query. My debit goes off on the 25th somehow it got updated to the 1st and now I'm getting notifications that my account is in arrears however I made payment. They are not confirming if they will sort it out or what's the next step.
