Highly Impressive Customer Service

I had to urgently get an internet connection since WebAfrica destroyed my fibre service and experience. To date,Rain has provided me with the most efficient and professional customer I have ever come across. I filled in a web form for a call me back as I had some questions regarding the premium package. The consultant called me at the exact time requested. Answered all of my questions and more. Out of his own accord,offered to arrange expedited delivery of the router and sim. That was 8:15am yesterday morning that I placed the order and paid. By 11am same day they had delivered and activated my 5g service. Highly impressed as I was expecting delivery within a day or two but same day within a 3hrs,super impressive. And the speeds are excellent,nothing less than 150mbps in any area of my house. Can't wait to add an external antenna to see it's true potential. Thank you Rain team for a truly good onboarding experience. Other ISP's can learn a thing or two from you.
