Highly disappointed
I have already submitted 3 tickets with no response, I have paid for 2 packages and gone through the Rica procces yet it is still says queued for Rica. This is since yesterday at 03h00, yet everywhere I look it says max 2 hours. Highly disappointed.

02 Mar 2021, 15:12It is 24 hours since I tried to activate my 2 Sim cards and I still have not been contacted. This service is appalling!!! I canceled my contract with my internet provider so I could move to rain. I am so disappointed!!
