High Waiting Time At Call Centre - No Answer
I have been with rain for 2 years now. Ever since their contact centre moved to Manila, Philippines it has been very difficult to speak to someone over the phone. The waiting time I gave up on was 15 minutes for the last 2 days. This is absolutely disappointing given the fact that I am happy with the wifi service. The customer experience is not the best.
