Hi! The service I got from the support team is always helpful, it is just that I have to phone on daily to get my router to be reset or to have pullet changed. This is frustrating and causes inconvenience because I work at home and depends on this network to do my work. Previously it was advised that a technician will be assigned to look at this matter and it is now three months no response. Please attend to this matter because it is really really frustrating.
