Hi I'm still trying to get hold of rain support to no avail. I paid my account on the 22nd of September 2023. And changed my payment date to the first. As it is post dated payments. Now I am being billed for the first as well. So i spoke to the supervisor at the rain support center who promised i could the pay 50 percent of the bill which is two payments for a month just for changing my date from the 25th of every month to the1st of every month. I agreed changed my date. 6 days difference but when I go to the app to do the part payment it does not allow a part payment either. Such horrible service and poor feedback. I'm disappointed. I've been with rain for almost 4 years and never had such disappointing service. Still awaiting a call back. And unable to get through to the support call center. Wow.
