Hi I would like to share my experience I just had with one of the Rain Customer Service agents

Hi I would like to share my experience I just had with one of the Rain Customer Service agents. I've been calling regarding the billing issue which I had and no one was able to assist me. I called again just now a few minutes ago and spoke to a young man that goes by the name of Anthony. At the start of the call I was raving and ranting and he acknowledged my frustration and assisted me to the best of his ability. He made sure my problem was solved before I left the line. That is what you call excellent customer service. I am grateful for the service I got from him and the awesome problem solving skills he has he can definitely grow in your company. YOU ROCK ANTHONY 🙌🏻‼️
