Hi I would like to cancel the level up on my plan please I no longer wish for that R70 level up

Hi I would like to cancel the level up on my plan please I no longer wish for that R70 level up . I do not wish to continue with that anymore it's out of my budget so please cancel it or tell me where I should phone to have it cancelled thank you.
