Hi I would like to compliment your agent Nhlalwenhle for the excellent service he gave me,he was very patient with me he took me step by step through the whole process I could hear him over the phone that he was not irritated not one bit even though our call was prolonged as I was having difficulties with my network but we waited and assisted until the end and made sure everything was sorted🙏I went to umhlanga got my router today as promised Thanks to him for the great service I have no regrets for choosing Rain🤗
