Hi I have had rain since Tuesday morning and I have never been able to connect to the wifi,I have called their number and they normally respond after 6minutes or so an the number is not toll free,sometimes no one answers and they all say they will call to assist but no one calls,now they keep sending me emails that they have tried calling me but I didn't answer which is an infuriating lie coz I have been waiting for their call but no one did ,I have used more than 200rands calling them hoping someone will help me to connect to the wifi,Is it too much to ask ??
