Hi Have made payment early 21 December 2024 Rain 5G network. But now they have disconnected my services, and the month of December rain network was unstable they promised to give me discount and nothing is done. When I call them, they have made automated machine answering and disconnecting calls. As I speak, every month, I always have to call and resolve one thing, they say my account is in arrears but they can't state which month, I have given them one year proof of payment so far but it seems not enough
