Hi. I would Like to leave a review on the service I got from the operator, David, Reference Number: ***6. He is EXCELLENT in his job and with out a doubt knows what he's doing. He was very Friendly, Professional and Kind. Even though I think I made it a struggle for not answering my phone every time he called, he was still adamant on calling me back which I highly appreciated. This man needs a raise or a promotion. He was even more friendly than everyone else I've ever spoken to at rain.
