Hero to zero in 60 seconds

When Willem joined this company, the vision was good, it drove down data costs, gave access to the internet of things to the masses but soon thereafter, it went to the dogs, I just wonder why it is that Rain never increased its bandwidth to accommodate the clients it would poach from its competition, uts just nonsensical to have a network that provides unlimited & unthrottled data and yet fail to accommodate the masses that that will attract. I'm furthermore dissatisfied, disappointed and disgusted by the private replies to some reviews and the none responses to some, where is the CEO in all of this,I mean for me, ever since March 2021 when Willem stepped down, I've had no joy, as an electrical engineer, I would have expected Leigh to increase the muscle( get spectrum and increase bandwidth,)but hell, hell is what I've experienced, I have to supplement an unlimited data supply. I expect more, hell, I was promised more, the transition of leadership can't be this bad, so bad it is that I'm even considering leaving this network, going back to the big 3.
