Here's two free sims - it will just never work!
We signed up for the rainOne 30Mbps and received 2 free sim cards. It's been 3 months - the sims are still not working. Phoned in a few times to report the issue, just to get to speak to someone from India who does not understand South African English very well. (had this luck more than once) Can not find an email address on Rain's website either. NOT VERY HAPPY

28 Sept 2023, 18:36After a power surge our rooter was no longer working. Logged 3 calls - still no answer of what the replacement cost is and no one from "billing" phoning me back as promised everytime. YET they're quick to take my monthly installment... Paying for a product that has not worked for almost 2 months. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. They don't even answer calls after 6pm either. Not mentioning the 2x 4g cards we received that is still not working from day 1. Feel free to check my previous complaint from a few months back!
