Here we go again!

And again for the second time today we have no internet! And man oh man the nonsense the call center feeds you is absolutely astonishing! On my previous review here the senior tech told me I'm connected to a tower 200km+ from me and that is the reason for the problem. Now i know for a fact that it is physically impossible for such a small device on the 4g frequency band to connect to a tower 200km+ from me!Today at 17:46 I was told it was less than 300m from me, which puts the tower firmly on my property and I most definitely do not have a agreement in place for them to build a cell tower on the farm! How stupid do you think I am? Then I get told that it is possibly the sim card or the router at fault. I got in my car and had to drive 15km when I finally got a connection to a tower both in my phone and in my router with the very same sim card! With screenshots of the connection quality and the location of the test! So that ruled out the sim and the device! Rain is really not good at what they are doing!
