Here we are again Rain!

I've logged 3 complaints with your support team and another on FB regarding my connection, with the hopes of getting connected but still nothing happens. I commented on a FB post with the hopes of getting assistance from an agent but no one has come back to me. How can we be paying for such pathetic service and you expect us to carry on with our daily lives... So does this mean my family and I will not have internet for the weekend? How must my husband work? I've had enough of you honestly
