Help with Rain connection

I am frustrated with Rain-they say 5G,but we hardly have it working, you stay a long time on a phone and get no help,countless emails still no help,We were told the tower we are connected to is 4G not 5G to re-boot,we did but still no change,We gave kids who study online,how are we going to do that if we dont have Wifi.its frustrating.
