Help with canceling

I am trying to cancel my rain before March already and I am still paying every month even though I can't use the service because it doesn't work in my area. I need help!!!

I raised tickets last month on canceling, billing, Rica and onboarding. Why is no one phoning me? Why is it that you are only responding on hallo Peter and not you own app? What is the point of this app. Please send me a number to phone. I just want to stop paying for a service I can't use. Please.
